  A2:Yes, of course. We can print your logo on nearly all products.

• Q3:Can you customize our own size of your products?

  We can customize sizes of paper boxes & paper bags. Sizes of paper cups and plastic cups can't be customized.

   

• Q4:How can I get free samples ?

  A4:Samples of most products are free. Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

• Q5:How can I get the prices?

• Q6:How is the printing effect of products, how much is the sample fee, and how long is the delivery time?

  A6:We can send you some sample with printing to check.  Yes, can make sample with our logo, the cost should depends on the item and designs. Normally taks 7-10 working days to make sample.

• Q7:Is it 100% degradable?Have certificates?

  A7:We have some paper products(paper+PLA coating), it is 100% biodegradable. For now, we have PLA film certification-MSDS certification from our PLA material supplier

• Q8:What is the template cost?

  When we print the products with custom logo, we will need to make a new printing template by customer's design. 

   

• Q9:Can Soup cups and salad bowls be heated in the microwave?

  A9:Microwaveable. We don't suggest, but it's ok for 2-3minutes with liquid. 
        Oven, absolutely NO!

• Q10:Which products can do PLA?

  A10: Almost all our products can be with PLA material.
